## Our approach
We want Coffee and Numbers to genuinely work for you. If it doesn’t, we’d rather refund you than have you stuck paying for something that isn’t helping.
## 14-day money-back guarantee
If you purchase a **Pro** or **WooCommerce Pro** subscription and decide within **14 days of your purchase** that it’s not right for you, we’ll issue a full refund — no detailed justification required, though we’d genuinely appreciate knowing why, so we can improve the product.
This 14-day window applies to your **first purchase** of a given tier. It does not automatically renew with each billing cycle — if you’ve been subscribed for longer than 14 days, see “Cancelling after the refund window” below.
## How to request a refund
Refunds are processed through **Freemius**, our payments provider. You can request a refund by:
– Using the refund/cancellation option in your Freemius account dashboard, or
– Emailing us directly at **neil@njkcreative.com** with your purchase details (email used at checkout, and approximate purchase date), and we’ll process it via Freemius on your behalf.
Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider’s processing times.
## Cancelling after the refund window
If it’s been more than 14 days since your purchase, you can still cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. Cancelling doesn’t retroactively refund the current billing period, but you won’t be charged again going forward. You can cancel via your Freemius account or by contacting us.
## What’s not covered
– Refunds for **the Free tier** don’t apply, since it’s free.
– If your license was misused in a way that breaches our Terms of Service (for example, redistribution outside your license scope), we reserve the right to decline a refund.
